This Privacy Policy explains how One More Question ("the App"), published by Caden Rayne Kopp ("I", "we", "us"), doing business as Kopp Studio Apps, handles information. The short version: we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking tools. The App works entirely offline; all question content is bundled inside the App and no data is sent to our servers.
The App saves the following only on your device (using local device storage), so it can work as expected:
This data never leaves your device through the App and is not accessible to us. You can erase it at any time using the delete-data option in Settings, or by deleting the App. Device backups (such as iCloud Backup) made by you or your operating system may include this data, which is governed by Apple's policies.
The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases (see our Terms of Use). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID, name, or billing information. Apple provides us only with the information needed to confirm that a purchase is valid. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to reply to you and do not share them with anyone.
We do not share, sell, or disclose any information to third parties, and the App contains no third-party SDKs that collect data.
Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). Some decks contain mature-themed content and are intended for older audiences; parents should review content before sharing the App with children. In-app purchases are subject to your device's parental controls, such as Ask to Buy.
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. Regardless of where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you can contact us with any privacy questions and we will respond promptly.
Data stored by the App remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security. We recommend keeping your device passcode and operating system up to date.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes, and material changes will be noted in the App or its App Store listing.
