The Icebreakers deck is completely free. Every other deck includes its first 10 questions for free. Unlock the rest of a deck for a one-time $0.99, or unlock every current and future deck with Unlock All for a one-time $9.99. There are no subscriptions.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap the restore purchases option. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy.
Go to Settings and tap Redeem Code, then enter your App Store offer code.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Try restoring purchases in Settings and check your internet connection. If it still doesn't appear, email me your Apple receipt/order number and I'll help.
They're stored only on your device. Deleting the app or using the delete-data option in Settings erases them permanently, and they can't be recovered.
