These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of One More Question ("the App"), published by Caden Rayne Kopp ("I", "we", "us"), doing business as Kopp Studio Apps. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
One More Question is a conversation-starter app. You choose a deck of question prompts and move through them one card at a time to spark discussion with friends, family, couples, and groups. No account is required.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or extract the question content of the App except as permitted by law.
The Icebreakers deck is completely free. For every other deck, the first 10 questions are free. Additional questions are unlocked with optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases:
Prices may vary by region and currency and are shown in the App Store before you confirm. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Purchases are one-time and are tied to your Apple ID.
The "Create Your Own" deck lets you write your own questions. Your questions are stored only on your device, remain yours, and are not uploaded or shared by us. You are responsible for what you write. Deleting the App or using the delete-data option in Settings will permanently remove them, and we cannot recover them.
Some decks (such as Taboo, Never Have I Ever, Hot Takes, and Couples) contain mature or sensitive topics. The App is intended to start conversations among willing participants; use good judgment about your audience. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding what content is appropriate for their children. Questions are provided for entertainment and conversation only and are not professional advice (including relationship, religious, or counseling advice).
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to circumvent purchase or unlock mechanisms.
The App, including its design, artwork, sounds, and question content, is owned by Caden Rayne Kopp and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caden Rayne Kopp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, or warranty claims, and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your use of it, or for intellectual property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any U.S. list of prohibited parties.
These Terms apply until terminated. We may suspend or end your access if you violate them. You may stop at any time by deleting the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Caden Rayne Kopp resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
